A competitive swim team that swims in the Mid Penn Swim League during the summer and the YMCA League during the winter. Swimmers compete against other YMCAs locally and nationally.

Fall Swim team runs September 9th- October 30th (8 weeks). Practices are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Gold level swims all 3 nights from 7:15-8:45pm. Weightlighting on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Silver team swims Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15-7:15pm. Bronze level practices on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:15pm 

Winter Swim team will begin November 1st. Gold team will practice 5 nights a week, Monday through Friday, from 7:15-8:45.  Silver will practice 4 nights a week, Tuesday through Friday, 6:15-7:15.  Bronze will practice 3 nights a week, Monday 6:30-7:15 and Wednesdays and Fridays 5:30-6:15.

Weekly practices will focus on stroke proficiency, endurance, speed, starts, and finishes. Practices will be held at The Lebanon Valley Family YMCA, A.L. Hanford Center.  All swim team participants must have an active membership with the Lebanon Valley Family YMCA.
